Resource & Competency Management Specialist (all gender)

• Independent operational management of auditor management at DQS Medizinprodukte GmbH for all regulations. This includes cooperation auditors and auditors at international offices of the DQS Group.

• Contact person for auditor applicants, auditors, and specialist certifiers regarding operational issues relating to qualification, authorization, and appointment

• Data maintenance/data management for auditors

• Perform conflict of interest analysis on all personnel directly contracted or performing activities on behalf of DQS MED.

• Check application packages for completeness.

• Manage the Competency Verifier’s workflow, including follow up to any questions or requests for additional information.

• Team player abilities

• Confident handling of standard office equipment and office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Internet)

• Ability to work independently.

• Attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills, including listening skills.

• Strong ethical standards and high level of integrity.

• Able to work under pressure.

• People management skills.
